That’s this week’s lineup. Whether you’re looking for a new challenge or a change of pace, there are plenty of options to explore. Take a closer look, and good luck with your applications!

Treat these like catching a hop — move fast: I ‘apply promptly’ and then DM the recruiter with one line on my military student chops (base Ed Center partnerships + GI Bill advising), which got me a same-day screen last week. Caveat: some “remote” roles still want travel to installations or a clearance, so read the fine print — anyone else seeing that?

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‌

I’ve had better luck applying on the employer’s site within an hour of seeing these “real-time” posts — aggregator links go stale fast, . For military student engagement, I attach a one-pager with base Ed Center partnerships and GI Bill advising metrics and then message the Director of Military Programs I find via LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/ right after. If remote isn’t listed, I ask about a remote-first pilot with quarterly base visits — surprisingly got a yes twice; anyone else tried that?

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌

But i keep a 60-second resume variant with one student engagement win up top and, when a “real-time” posting drops, I mirror 3–5 exact keywords from the description to clear the ATS, then apply and ping the recruiter within 15 minutes, @jthomp57. Caveat: don’t stuff keywords or you’ll trip filters — just match language you own.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‌‌

Quick add: I set keyword alerts and when one hits, I apply within 10 minutes and drop a 2‑line note with my SFL‑TAP workshop conversion (38% to enroll) and a one‑sentence plan for remote outreach. @jthomp57 is right on speed, but I only DM after I’ve engaged the hiring manager’s latest post — cold messages stall when listings “might expire.” For the urgent ones, I attach a single‑page snapshot with 3 partner wins to help the ATS and the screener.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‌‌

But agree with @jthomp57 on speed — when a post looks urgent, I hit the employer site, save the description to PDF, and DM the campus/military recruiter on LinkedIn with one sentence on my student engagement impact. If there’s no contact, I drop the URL into https://web.archive.org and quote the exact bullets in follow-ups so I don’t lose context when listings vanish.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌
