Anyone else weighing no-cost DAU credentials against using Tuition Assistance for a contract management grad certificate this Q3? I’m trying to stay clean on TA policy and not mix funds, but also get the best value for DAWIA CLPs and real improvements in our source selections — what’s yielded better ROI for your unit?
I’d knock out a DAU credential first, then ask the grad school to apply ACE transfer so they waive a course or two — kept me clean on TA and still racked CLPs, and the Services Acquisition credential gave us templates that sped up source selection writeups. Small caveat: some schools only accept “credit recommendations,” so email the registrar with the ACE eval before you enroll. Which program are you looking at?
Did DAU’s Services Acquisition credential, used it to tighten our SSP/QASP checklists, then used TA the next quarter for a quant methods class — “not mix funds” is right, so get the TA office to email you they’re treating them as separate actions before you submit.
