Who's actually hiring rapid response leads

Seeing more postings reference sub-15-minute launch standards and 24/7 coverage, but most read like generic ops roles. If your shop runs a dedicated quick-reaction cell (4–6 personnel, duty cycle 12 on/12 off), what titles are you using and where are you sourcing candidates?

We stopped calling it generic ops and posted “Incident Commander — Rapid Response (12 on/12 off)” and hired from 911/EMS dispatcher circles on LinkedIn; they already live the sub-15-minute launch and switch to tooling fast, but we pair them with a senior IC for the first month. Would that pipeline fit your comp band, or are you set on traditional SRE/NOC backgrounds?
