We stopped calling it generic ops and posted “Incident Commander — Rapid Response (12 on/12 off)” and hired from 911/EMS dispatcher circles on LinkedIn; they already live the sub-15-minute launch and switch to tooling fast, but we pair them with a senior IC for the first month.
